The property lies within a protected Natura 2000 area, renowned for its rich biodiversity. This preserved environment is home to numerous animal and plant species of significant ecological interest.


Known as Maldormir for more than a century, the neighbourhood is now appreciated for its tranquillity and natural surroundings. Despite its name, everything is in place for a good night’s sleep in Maldormir!


Its location also makes it easy to enjoy the many activities and attractions available in Marseillan and the surrounding area.


Built more than thirty years ago in a Mediterranean architectural style, the villa has recently been renovated to provide greater comfort while preserving its authentic charm.

The swiming pool

Feel free to enjoy our swimming pool located at the back of our house.


The swimming pool is maintained with natural salt by electrolysis, for a protected health.

The depth of the water is progressive. One side is suitable for diving with a stainless steel ladder and the other side has a gently sloping descent via ceramic stairs to helpingy ou entering the water.


The "L" shaped pool has 3 pulsating nozzles and spotlights with multicolored variations.

During your stay you will have the opportunity to rent one of our four electrical bike, either half day or full day.
